Bags That Will Last A Lifetime - Maxwell Scott

I recently got in touch with Maxwell Scott, a luxury handbag brand, who asked me to help them show off their brand's new modern image. Maxwell Scott bags use only the finest premium Italian leather, which are tanned in a completely natural process and develop a beautiful patina over time. What I really love about Maxwell Scott is the love and work that goes in to each bag and accessory - they have so much faith in the durability of their bags that each comes with a 25 year warranty! So literally these are bags that can last a lifetime, so they are definitely worth the investment!


Maxwell Scott was founded in 2002 by William Forshaw who after going on a family trip to Italy, found his interest sparked by the traditional craftsmanship of Italian leather. From that point onwards, he began looking for the highest quality tannery to produce the leather for his bags.

I've picked out my favourite three bags from William Scott's collection, and thought I'd share them with you: 

The Barella (£357.00) [x]

With interlocking straps, a signature lock closure and spacious interior, the Barella Birkin style handbag is perfect for the 21st century woman who is always on the go. Even better, it comes in three colours - classic tan, dark chocolate and night black. This is definitely my favourite piece from the Maxwell Scott collection. 

The Bellino (£345.00) [x]

What I love about The Bellino Vanity case is the glamorous vintage feel it has. This vanity case has a built in mirror, leather straps and a pouch, making it perfect to store all your beauty essentials. It comes in classic tan, dark chocolate and night black. 

The Carli (£235.00) [x]

With backpacks becoming increasingly more fashionable and on trend, the Carli is perfect for the modern stylish woman. With a front zip, adjustable strap and carry handle on top, the Carli is not only stylish but functional too. This one is available in classic tan, dark chocolate and night black (as pictured above).
