Hello Lovelies! When I set out to do this outfit post I had quite a few expectations. But when we arrived at Dunwich Beach, a place I've visited hundreds and hundreds of times before, we were met by the windiest weather ever. So all those expectations inevitably flew out the window, and what we ended up getting were some rather candid photos. But as a fan of candid, I decided to post them anyway despite the fact that we hardly got any ones of my coat which was the whole premise of this post in the first place. But hey I'm still going to classify this as fashion because I'm sneaky like that.
Although the weather was awful for outfit photos, the sea was so beautiful and dramatic. It kept rolling out large waves and spewing out this super fluffy white foam that looked almost like snow as it blew off into the air. The photos don't really do it justice, but it was an absolutely amazing sight. For this outfit post I wanted to show you my green coat which I've had for a few years now. It's definitely the most serious coat I own which says a lot about my fashion sense - the other two are pink and lilac! But what I love about this coat is the ribbon which you can tie into a bow at the front as I think it is such a cute and unique detail. It is not showcased very well in these photos because it was just way too windy, but as a lover of bows I think it's adorable.

Thank you for reading lovelies! As you can guess I'm planning to do more Fashion posts in 2016 but next time I won't be taking them in such a windy place (hopefully).

I'm glad you decided to include these pictures, I personally love candid photos better than posed ones...it feels more real. And that coat is so pretty but I may be a little bias because I do adore green.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a very happy new year, Vicky! xx

Love the colour of the coat! And oh, the wind is definitely one of my favourite things about the beach! I live pretty close to the coast, so a good old walk along the beach will always clear my mind when stressed!
